This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method, ensuring all gaskets are properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a sealing plate to ensure a secure fit.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length before securing with screws.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used in a vertical position, drill holes through the fitting and straight section, then install screws and cap nuts to secure it in place.
- Calibrate and test
Ensure all connections are tight and verify grounding continuity across the wireway to ensure proper operation.
