Hex head screws (10-32X.250), Hex nuts (10-32), Lock washers (#10)
- Connect Wireway Sections
Align the two wireway sections and push them together firmly until they audibly click into place. Verify that the snap connection is fully engaged and secure.
- Install Internal Components
Insert any required internal components, such as dividers or mounting brackets, into the connected wireway sections. Slide them into their designated positions.
- Secure Wireway Sections
Using the provided hex head screws, hex nuts, and lock washers, secure the connected wireway sections. Insert the screws through the designated securing points.
- Tighten Securing Screws
Tighten the securing screws to a torque of 4.5 1 0.5 N7m (40 1 4.0 LBF7IN). Use a torque wrench to ensure proper tightness and prevent over-tightening or loosening.
