10-32 Hex Head Screws, 10-32 Hex Nuts, #10 Lock Washers
- Align Wireway Sections
Align two sections of the Type 1 Snap Connect Wireway, ensuring the connection features are properly oriented for engagement.
- Engage Snap Connect Feature
Push the aligned wireway sections firmly together until the snap connect feature fully engages with an audible 'Click'. This secures the initial connection between the sections.
- Secure Wireway Connection
Insert a 10-32 hex head screw through the designated hole at the connection point. Place a #10 lock washer onto the screw, then secure it with a 10-32 hex nut. Tighten firmly to ensure a robust connection. Repeat for any additional connection points requiring this hardware.
- Install Additional Snap Components
Engage any additional snap-connect components, such as covers or other wireway accessories, by pushing them into place until they click and are securely fastened.
- Mount and Torque Wireway
Secure the wireway to its mounting surface using a 10-32 hex head screw in the designated mounting hole. Tighten the screw to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M (40 4.0 LBF*IN) using a torque wrench to ensure proper installation and stability.
- Install Internal Components or Secure Additional Points
Utilize the remaining 10-32 hex head screws to install any internal components or to secure additional mounting points within the wireway as required by your specific application.
