Hex head screws (10-32x.250), Hex nuts (10-32), Lock washers (#10)
- Align Wireway Sections
Bring two sections of the Type 1 Wireway together, aligning their Snap Connect features to prepare for connection.
- Engage Snap Connect Feature
Press the wireway sections firmly together until the Snap Connect feature engages with an audible 'click', ensuring a secure initial connection between the sections.
- Repeat for Additional Sections
Continue to align and engage the Snap Connect feature for any additional wireway sections or components required to complete your wireway assembly.
- Secure Wireway Connections
Install the provided hex head screws (10-32x.250), hex nuts (10-32), and lock washers (#10) at the designated securing points on the connected wireway sections.
- Tighten Securing Hardware
Using a hex driver and torque wrench, tighten the securing hardware to 4.5 0.5 N M [40 4.0 LBF IN] to ensure a robust and stable connection for all secured points.
