Hex head screws (10-32x.250), Hex nuts (10-32), Lock washers (#10)
- Connect Wireway Sections
Align two sections of the Type 1 Snap Connect Wireway. Push them together firmly until they audibly 'Click' into place, ensuring a secure initial connection.
- Install First Securing Screw
Insert a 10-32x.250 hex head screw through the designated hole on the connected wireway sections. Secure it from the other side with a 10-32 hex nut and a #10 lock washer.
- Tighten First Securing Screw
Using a screwdriver or torque wrench, tighten the first screw to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M [40 4.0 LBF*IN]. Ensure the connection is firm but do not overtighten.
- Install Second Securing Screw
Insert a second 10-32x.250 hex head screw through the remaining designated hole on the connected wireway sections. Secure it from the other side with a 10-32 hex nut and a #10 lock washer.
- Tighten Second Securing Screw
Using a screwdriver or torque wrench, tighten the second screw to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M [40 4.0 LBF*IN]. Verify both screws are securely fastened to complete the connection.
