This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the F44HD Lay-In Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and sealing.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Sealing plates, Wire connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° sealing plate method, ensuring gaskets are visible and properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the box connector, position the gasket inside, and install a 90° angle sealing plate to secure the connection.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting with the compression ring and gasket, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Anchor it by drilling holes and installing screws if necessary.
- Calibrate and test
Once installed, verify all connections and seals are secure. Use a multimeter to check for continuity and ensure proper grounding if the wireway is used for grounding.
