This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Wire connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method as described in the installation details.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, then install a sealing plate as per the installation instructions.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting with the compression ring and gasket. Insert it into the straight section and adjust to the desired length. Anchor it securely using screws or threaded rods as necessary.
- Calibrate and test
Once installed, verify all connections and seals. Use a multimeter to check for continuity and ensure proper grounding if applicable.
