This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and functionality.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method, ensuring that gaskets are visible and properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, and install a sealing plate as described in the instructions.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fittings
Assemble the telescope fitting with the compression ring and gasket, insert it into the straight section, adjust to the desired length, and anchor it using screws or threaded rods as necessary.
- Calibrate and test
Once installed, verify all connections and ensure that the wireway is properly grounded if required, using a multimeter to check for continuity.
