Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Seal plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting and install it with a shoulder bolt, ensuring gaskets are visible from above. Rotate the cam to lock the position.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a 90° angle sealing plate to secure the connection.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting body. Insert it into the straight section and adjust to the desired length.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
