Screwdriver, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
10-32x5/8 screws, Keps nuts, 10-32 hex nuts, Lockwashers, Ground wire, Grounding label
- Insert the mounting screw
Insert the 10-32x5/8 screw through the designated hole in the panel.
- Secure the screw
Secure the screw with a keps nut, ensuring that the nut penetrates into the paint for electrical continuity.
- Attach the ground wire
Attach the ground wire and secure it with a 10-32 hex nut.
- Install the lockwasher
Install a lockwasher under one of the screws securing the panel to ensure grounding between the panel and the enclosure. Do not exceed a torque of 30 in-lbs.
- Apply the grounding label
Attach the included grounding label adjacent to the bolt as indicated.
