How to Install the DAH4002B Electric Heater
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the DAH4002B electric heater in a metal enclosure.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors
- Disconnect power supply
Ensure that all power supplies to the enclosure are disconnected to avoid electric shock and equipment damage.
- Mount the heater
Secure the DAH4002B heater to a non-combustible metal panel in a vertical position using the included 10−32 UNF self-tapping screws. Ensure the terminal block is at the bottom and the air outlet openings are at the top.
- Connect wiring
Connect the heater lead wires to the appropriate A.C. power source, ensuring that the heater is properly grounded and that exposed wires do not contact the heater housing.
- Set the thermostat
Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature, recommended not to exceed 75°F for most applications.
- Verify installation
Check all connections and ensure that the heater is securely mounted and that there are no obstructions above the heater discharge area.
