The nVent CIPD38 (SKU: CIP38) is a 19-inch mounting profile designed for floor-standing enclosures, providing 38U of vertical mounting space. Constructed from 3 mm thick zinc-plated mild steel, it ensures robust support and corrosion resistance for 19-inch rack-mountable equipment. The profile is fully adjustable in depth, allowing precise alignment within standard 600 mm and 800 mm wide enclosures. Each pack includes two profiles and necessary mounting accessories for efficient installation. Optimized for industrial automation, telecommunications, and data centers, the CIPD38 ensures secure and organized equipment housing. Its dimensions (1800x45x29mm) are designed for compatibility with standard enclosure footprints, facilitating effective cable management and airflow. The zinc plating enhances longevity, making it ideal for harsh environments. Compatible with CIB or CID profiles for additional support, this profile meets 19" mounting requirements on all sides and can be mounted directly to the enclosure frame or adjusted in 25 mm depth increments using CLPK click-in profiles.
