Mounting screws, Terminal connectors
- Prepare the installation area
Ensure the installation area is clean and free of obstructions. Verify that the enclosure can accommodate the CCFI1024 dimensions.
- Mount the CCFI1024
Secure the CCFI1024 to the enclosure using four M5 stainless steel screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs).
- Connect the cable entry glands
Insert the cable entry glands into the designated cutouts of the CCFI1024. Ensure that the seals are pushed all the way in to maintain a secure fit.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the connections. Ensure all wiring is properly secured and insulated to prevent short circuits.
- Calibrate the system
Follow the manufacturer's guidelines to calibrate the CCFI1024. Adjust settings as necessary to match the specific application requirements.
