Overview

The nVent CCFI1024 (SKU: CCFI1024) is a black polyamide connected cable entry gland plate designed for tool-free cable entry into industrial enclosures. It facilitates the economical and rapid incoming of cables fitted with connectors. The plate features ten openings, each compatible with CCG cable entry grommets (sold separately) to manage cables with diameters ranging from 3mm to 16mm. The integrated NBR/EPDM seal ensures IP 65 protection when properly installed with suitable grommets and cables. This halogen-free plate meets UL94 V-0 flammability standards and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. Its snap-in system is designed for wall thicknesses between 1.4mm and 2mm, with an installation height of 14mm. Strain relief is achievable using standard cable ties. Ideal for automation, control cabinets, and electrical enclosures, the CCFI1024 maintains enclosure integrity in demanding industrial environments.

  1. Prepare the installation area
