Supplies needed:
10–32 Hex Nut, Ground Connector, Ground Label, Grounding Kit, 10–32x1 Screw, Lockwasher
- Drill the hole
Drill a 7/32 inch diameter hole in the bottom end of the enclosure to accommodate the ground connector.
- Prepare the surface
Remove paint from the area where the ground connector will contact the enclosure to ensure electrical continuity.
- Install the ground connector
Install the ground connector into the drilled hole and connect the ground wire as shown in the documentation.
- Attach the ground label
Place the ground label adjacent to the connector as indicated in the installation instructions.
- Secure the panel
If applicable, install the lockwasher under one of the screws securing the panel to ensure grounding between the panel and the enclosure.
