Measuring 1000x800x300mm with a 1.5mm thick body and 2mm thick door, this enclosure provides robust protection against corrosion and harsh cleaning agents. Key features include an integral sloping roof (8–20° angle, 10mm overhang) to prevent liquid and dust accumulation, ensuring contamination-free operation. The enclosure meets IP66 and IK10 ratings, protecting internal components from water jets, dust ingress, and mechanical impacts. A 2mm galvanized steel mounting plate with 10mm vertical markings simplifies equipment positioning and cable management. The single-door design features concealed AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with captive pins, 130° opening angle, and a Zamak double-bit 3mm lock with 90° movement. For AISI 316L models, a one-piece silicone gasket ensures sealing. The 400 pre-grained stainless steel finish resists corrosion and facilitates easy cleaning.
