The nVent ADR Double Door Enclosure (SKU ADR1201240) is a wall-mounted, Type 12/13, IK10-rated stainless steel enclosure designed for demanding industrial environments. Constructed from AISI 304L brushed stainless steel with a 1.5mm body and 2mm door thickness, it delivers superior corrosion resistance and structural integrity. The enclosure features a double-door design with 130° opening angle, concealed AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with captive pins, and a nVent HOFFMAN customized zamak double-bit 3mm lock with a 90° movement and anti-vibration mechanism. The espagnolette three-point locking system ensures enhanced security. With IP55 protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, this enclosure is ideal for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing applications. It includes a 2.5mm galvanized steel mounting plate, inner M6 welded studs for mounting door profiles (MMDP), and measures 1200x1200x400mm. The brushed stainless steel finish resists fingerprints and minor abrasions, while the one-piece silicone gasket (for AISI 316L versions) ensures a reliable seal.
