How to Install the Drip Shield on the Enclosure
Step-by-step guide for installing the drip shield to ensure proper protection against water ingress.

Tools needed:
Drill, Hammer, Center punch, Locking pliers
Supplies needed:
Drip shield, 10-32 screws, Nylon washers, Hex nuts, Sealer
- Position the drip shield
Center the drip shield above the door of the enclosure, ensuring it is positioned against the door opening flange.
- Drill and secure the drip shield
Use the drip shield to locate and drill one of the end holes with a 7/32 inch drill. Align the drip shield and install a 10−32 screw through the shield and enclosure. Drill the remaining holes using the drip shield as a guide and install the remaining screws, nylon washers, and nuts.
- Apply sealer
Apply sealer between the drip shield and the enclosure to ensure a watertight seal.
