How to Install the Drip Shield for the Enclosure
Step-by-step guide for installing the drip shield on your enclosure to ensure proper protection against water ingress.

Drill, Hammer, Center punch, Locking pliers
Supplies needed:
Drip shield, 10-32 screws, Nylon washers, Hex nuts, Sealer
- Position the drip shield
Center the drip shield above the door of the enclosure, ensuring it is positioned against the door opening flange.
- Drill mounting holes
Using a 7/32 inch drill, drill one of the end holes first while using the drip shield as a guide. Install a 10−32 screw through the shield and enclosure, then drill the remaining holes and install the rest of the screws, nylon washers, and nuts.
- Seal the installation
Apply sealer between the drip shield and the enclosure to ensure a watertight seal.
