Constructed from 16 or 14 gauge mild steel with a continuously welded and ground smooth seam, this enclosure meets NEMA Type 12 and 13 standards, as well as IEC 60529 IP65. Its dimensions are 6.00 x 4.00 x 3.00 inches. The lift-off clamp cover design, secured by screw-down clamps and a chain that holds the cover to the box when removed, ensures quick and easy access for maintenance. An oil-resistant gasket provides a reliable seal against dust, dirt, and non-corrosive liquids. Weldnuts are provided for mounting optional panels and terminal block kits in sizes 6.00 x 4.00 inches and larger. External welded-on mounting brackets facilitate straightforward installation. The enclosure is finished with ANSI 61 gray polyester powder paint, both inside and out.
