How to Install the A24248GSC Controller

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the A24248GSC Controller securely.

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Sealing washers, Mounting foot studs, Nuts

  1. Prepare the mounting location

    Locate the mounting foot stud location using the provided dimensions. Use a center punch to mark the hole centers.

  2. Drill mounting holes

    Drill four .5 inch (13 mm) diameter holes at the marked locations. Deburr the holes to ensure a clean finish.

  3. Install mounting feet

    Insert sealing washers into the holes from the outside, with the tapered cone facing toward the hole. Then, insert mounting foot studs through the sealing washers.

  4. Secure the controller

    Turn the enclosure upright and thread nuts onto the mounting foot studs. Tighten the nuts to 200 in-lbs to secure the controller firmly.
