How to Install the ZFLEX2 Fiber Cassette
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the ZFLEX2 Fiber Cassette in a network enclosure.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
#8-32 x 3/8" screws, Enclosure Stack Base, Enclosure Stack Bracket, Stack Bracket Cover
- Locate mounting holes
Identify the holes in the wall of the enclosure that are 5.0 inches apart with a diameter of .1359 inches.
- Install the Enclosure Stack Base
Secure the Enclosure Stack Base to the wall of the enclosure using two #8-32 x 3/8" screws. Ensure to torque the screws to 5.0 in-lbs.
- Attach the Enclosure Stack Bracket
Insert the four open holes in the back of the Enclosure Stack Bracket into the four tabs of the Enclosure Stack Base and slide down to attach.
- Install the Stack Bracket Cover
Insert the four open holes of the Stack Bracket Cover into the four tabs of the Enclosure Stack Bracket and slide down to attach.
- Complete the installation
The installation of the Fiber HD Flex Cassette is now complete. Ensure all components are securely attached.
