15mm Socket Wrench
Supplies needed:
M10 Bolts, HCAI Heavy Duty Brackets, OPM specified hardware, Floor Anchoring Hardware
- Adjust leveling legs
Extend the leveling legs to clear the casters by 1/4 inch to ensure proper installation height.
- Attach the first bracket
Using the 15mm socket wrench, attach the first HCAI Heavy Duty Bracket to the cabinet frame with one M10 bolt, ensuring the shortest flange is facing the cabinet.
- Install remaining brackets
Install the remaining HCAI Heavy Duty Brackets as shown in the installation diagram, securing each with M10 bolts torqued to 360 in-lbs (40.5 N-m).
- Adjust leveling legs
Ensure that the leveling legs are flat with the brackets on the ground for stability.
- Secure with hardware
Use the specified OPM hardware to secure the brackets firmly in place.
- Attach OPM Label
Place the OPM Label in the designated area as indicated in the installation instructions.
