How to Install the FlexFusion Single Hinge Door - Right-Hand Hinge Kit
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the FlexFusion Single Hinge Door on a cabinet, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.

T25 Torx screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M10 external tooth lock washers (qty. 4), RH door hinges (qty. 2), M5 x 0.8 x 12mm button head screws (qty. 2), M6 x 1 x 12mm flat head screws (qty. 4)
- Remove the existing door
Position the door at approximately 90° to the cabinet and lift it up to remove it from the hinges.
- Install the right-hand hinges
Attach the two right-hand hinges to the cabinet frame using four M6 screws, securing them in the 1st and 3rd holes from the top of the hole array.
- Install the door catch
Position the door catch on the inner left side of the cabinet vertical frame and secure it using two M5 x 0.8 x 12mm button head screws.
- Prepare the door for installation
Remove the left-hand hinges and save the hardware. Install the right-hand hinges on the door using four M10 lock washers and four hex nuts, ensuring they are securely fastened.
- Reattach the door
Rotate the door 180° and align the top hinge pin first when placing the door onto the hinges.
- Relocate the logo
Ensure the logo is positioned at the top of the door after installation.
