Loctite® thread locker, Battery
- Remove the battery
Ensure the tool is powered off and remove the battery from the WGCT-A Cutter Tool to prevent accidental activation during installation.
- Install the WGCT-HEAD
Thread the WGCT-HEAD completely onto the male thread of the hydraulic power chassis until secure.
- Secure the head locking screw
Apply Loctite® to the threads of the head locking screw and tighten it. Ensure the WGCT-HEAD can rotate no more than 350°.
- Reinstall the battery
Insert the battery back into the WGCT-A Cutter Tool, ensuring it is locked in place.
- Verify functionality
Press the trigger to verify that the cutting dies actuate properly. If the tool does not function, check the battery connection.
