Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter, 8mm Hex key
Supplies needed:
M10 Bolts, M10 Lockwashers, M5 Button Head Torx Screws, Terminal connectors
- Attach the strut to the cabinet
Use the provided M10 bolts and lockwashers to secure the strut to the top of the cabinet through the existing M10 tapped holes. Torque the bolts to a maximum of 7 Lb-ft (9.5 N-m) using an 8mm Hex key.
- Install adjustable legs
Attach the adjustable legs to the top of the cabinet using two M5 Torx screws for each leg. Do not tighten the screws yet.
- Secure the adjustable legs
Attach the strut to the top of the adjustable legs using one M10 bolt and one M10 lockwasher per side. Square the adjustable legs and then tighten all M10 bolts and M5 Torx screws to the specified torque.
- Adjust the height of the strut
Adjust the height of the strut to your desired level, which can range from 11.00” (279.4mm) to 16.75” (425.5mm). Ensure all screws are torqued to a minimum of 4 Lb-ft (5.4 N-m) per screw.
- Reinstall front and rear fascias
After adjusting the height, reinstall the front and rear fascias by cutting out the removable tabs as needed.
