How to Install the ULC372 UPS
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the ULC372 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) on a rack, including mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Cage nuts, Terminal connectors
- Prepare the rack
Install the URMKIT2 rail kit by securing the front and rear sides of the rail kit with 3x Phillips Pan Head M5 screws on each rail. Do not tighten the screws yet.
- Mount the ULC372 UPS
Slide the ULC372 UPS into the rack on the rail kit. Align the mounting brackets with the screw holes on the rack and secure the UPS with 4x Phillips Hex Head M5 screws.
- Connect the internal battery cartridge
Remove the faceplate of the UPS by pressing both sides until the latches release. Connect the internal battery cartridge connector firmly and reinstall the faceplate.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check that all connections are secure and that there are no hazardous voltages present before powering on the UPS.
- Power on the UPS
Ensure that the UPS is connected to an earth-grounded outlet. Press the power button to turn on the UPS and verify that it is functioning correctly.
