- Prepare the mounting area
Ensure the installation area is clean and free of moisture. Verify that the UPS will be mounted in an environment with a temperature between 0°C and 40°C and humidity between 20% and 90% RH.
- Install the rail kit
Attach the front side of the rail kit to the rack using 3x Phillips Pan Head M5 screws on each rail. Do not tighten the screws yet. Adjust the rail size according to the depth of the rack, then install the rear side of the rail kit with 3x Phillips Pan Head M5 screws on each rail and tighten all screws.
- Mount the UPS unit
Remove the faceplate from the UPS by pressing both sides until the latches release. Connect the internal battery cartridge securely. Reinstall the faceplate, ensuring it snaps into place. Slide the UPS into the rack on the rail kit and align the mounting brackets with the rack holes. Secure the UPS with 4x Phillips Hex Head M5 screws.
