- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is clean and suitable for the raceway system. Use mounting screws appropriate for the mounting surface to secure the base of the T70ICIG raceway. Maximum spacing for mounting screws is 16 inches (406.4mm).
- Install the raceway base
Position the T70ICIG raceway base on the prepared surface. If using a divider wall, install it at this stage. Secure the base using appropriate mounting hardware.
- Route electrical cables
Place electrical cables into the T70ICIG raceway base. Refer to the document for cable capacity based on wire gauge (14 AWG, 12 AWG, 10 AWG) and whether a divider wall or wire retainer is used. Note that communication conductors have specific limitations.
