8mm socket wrench, T30 Torx bit, T25 Torx bit, 2.5mm Allen Key
Supplies needed:
M4 Flat Head Screws, M5 or M6 Round Head Screws, M6 Torx Screws, Hex Nuts
- Install Top Hinge Bracket
Secure the Top Hinge Bracket to the cabinet frame using two M4 Flat Head Screws and a 2.5mm Allen Key. If necessary, remove and re-install the top hinge screw.
- Install Door Catch
Attach the Door Catch to the cabinet frame using an M6 Torx Screw and a T30 Torx bit. If the M5 screws do not hold the Door Catch tightly, use M6 screws instead.
- Install Bottom Hinge Bracket
Secure the Bottom Hinge Bracket to the cabinet frame using two M5 or M6 Round Head Screws and a T25 Torx bit. Insert the Bottom Hinge Pin into the bracket.
- Mount the Door
Lift the bottom of the door onto the Bottom Hinge Pin. Pull down the Compression Sleeve at the top door hinge and push the door towards the cabinet until the Top Hinge Screw fits through the cutout of the door. Release the Compression Sleeve.
