Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Grounding lugs, M10 Hex Head Screws, Foam seals
- Remove Packaging Material
Carefully remove all stretch wrap and protective cardboard from the cabinet. Use two people to lift the cabinet from the pallet.
- Level the Cabinet
Ensure the leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position and lower the leveling legs using a 6mm Allen key until the cabinet is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure the Cabinet to the Floor
If necessary, secure the shipping hold down brackets at the front and rear of the cabinet. Attach anchors to the floor using appropriate hardware for your floor type.
- Ground the Cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar at any of the designated locations on the cabinet using an M5 bonding screw.
- Install Equipment Rails
Loosen the M10 hex head screws at the top and bottom of the equipment rail, adjust the rail to the desired position, and then tighten the screws to secure.
- Install Cable Management
Insert the tabs of the cable management fingers into the mounting slots of the equipment rails and slide them inward to lock into place.
