How to Install the S22SPD2W Side Panel
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the S22SPD2W Side Panel between two cabinets, ensuring a secure and proper fit.

Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws (Qty: 18), M5x0.8 x 8mm Button Head Serrated Torx screws (Qty: 10), M6x1 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws (Qty: 6)
- Prepare the cabinets
Open the front doors of both cabinets to approximately 90°. Pull down the compression sleeve at the top door hinge of the right-side cabinet and remove the right-side door by lifting it off the hinge.
- Install the front panel
Slide the Day Two Front Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts until the flanges contact the cabinet posts. Secure the panel using M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws through the front and M6x1 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws through the side of the cabinet posts.
- Reinstall the right-side door
Reinstall the right-side door by aligning it with the hinge and securing it in place. Ensure the diamond cut-out in the panel is at the top.
- Prepare for rear panel installation
Open the rear split doors of both cabinets to approximately 90°. Remove the left-side split door from the right-side cabinet and the right-side split door from the left-side cabinet by lifting them up and away from the cabinet frame.
- Install the rear panel
Slide the Rear Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts and insert the tabs from the rear panel into the slots of the front panel. Secure the rear panel to the cabinet posts using M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws.
- Reinstall the split doors
Reinstall both split doors by aligning them with the hinges and securing them back into place.
- Install the filler panels
Slide the filler panels through the gap between the two cabinet posts and position one at the top and one at the bottom of the cabinet. Secure both filler panels from the backside of the side panel using M5x0.8 x 8mm Button Head Serrated Torx screws.
- Adjust the filler panels
Adjust the filler panels up or down to close any air gaps, ensuring a snug fit.
