1/2" or M12 Threaded Rods (customer supplied), Washers (customer supplied), Nuts (customer supplied), PWBHK** Hanger Kit (2x, sold separately), Wire Basket (compatible with the bracket)
- Prepare Threaded Rods and Bracket
Determine the desired installation method (Traditional or Center Hole) based on your wire basket and application. Ensure you have the correct 1/2" or M12 threaded rods, washers, and nuts.
- Secure Trapeze Bracket to Threaded Rods
For Traditional Installation: Insert two customer-supplied threaded rods through the side holes of the trapeze bracket. Secure with customer-supplied washers and nuts on both sides of the bracket. For Center Hole Installation (for PWBTB4C** to PWBTB24C**): Insert one customer-supplied threaded rod through the center hole of the trapeze bracket. Secure with customer-supplied washers and nuts on both sides of the bracket. Tighten all nuts firmly with a wrench to ensure the bracket is securely mounted.
- Attach Wire Basket to Trapeze Bracket
Attach two PWBHK** Hanger Kits (sold separately) to the wire basket according to their respective instructions. Connect the wire basket, with the attached PWBHK** kits, to the installed trapeze bracket. Ensure the basket is properly seated and secured to the hanger kits.
- Adjust for Clearance (if necessary)
If using a wire basket with a center line wire, the trapeze bracket or the wire basket may need to be shifted to provide necessary clearance. Make adjustments as required to complete the installation.
