Valve handle cover, Multiple lock-out sliding piece, Sliding adjusting piece, Front extension, Padlock
- Cover the valve handle
Place the valve handle cover (part 1) over the valve handle to ensure it is protected.
- Insert the front extension
For large ball valves (2” to 3”), slide the front extension (part 4) into the front of the valve handle cover.
- Adjust for thickness
Depending on the thickness of the valve handle, insert the sliding adjusting piece (part 3) for maximum adjustment.
- Attach the lock-out piece
Slide the multiple lock-out sliding piece (part 2) over the valve handle cover and the sliding adjusting piece.
- Secure with padlock
Apply a padlock to the lock-out assembly to ensure the valve remains in the closed position.
