1/2-13 Hex Nuts, 1/2-13x1.0” Bolts, Washers for 1/2-13 bolts, #12-24 X 1/2" Screws
- Install Door Bracket Base (if applicable)
Install the Door Bracket Base into the cutout features on the side panels using two #12-24 X 1/2" Screws. Ensure the bracket base protrudes through the cutouts on the inside of the panel.
- Position the Cable Manager
Position the PATCH RUNNER High Capacity Vertical Cable Manager. Panduit recommends mounting it so the front face is 1.25" forward of the rack's front face, but other mounting holes are available for different applications.
- Mount the Cable Manager to the First Rack
Fasten the PATCH RUNNER High Capacity Vertical Cable Manager to the first rack using three 1/2-13x1.0” bolts, three washers, and three 1/2-13 Hex Nuts. Tighten bolts to 120 in-lbs.
- Mount the Second Rack
Mount the second rack to the other side of the PATCH RUNNER High Capacity Vertical Cable Manager using the remaining three 1/2-13x1.0” bolts, three washers, and three 1/2-13 Hex Nuts. Then, mount the second rack to the floor using appropriate hardware. Tighten bolts to 120 in-lbs.
- Install Cable Retaining Fingers
Align the tabs on the base of the fingers with the keyholes on the side panel of the manager, ensuring the cable retainers point upward. Apply outward pressure until the finger clicks into place. Repeat for all remaining fingers.
