3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver

Supplies needed:

M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, Cage nuts

  1. Install Door Supports

    Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm hex allen wrench at the top and bottom.

  2. Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack

    Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and three M10 Serrated Flange Nuts. Use the forward holes on the top and bottom and the rear hole in the center.

  3. Install Fingers

    Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section into the manager until it clicks into place.

  4. Install the Door

    Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the door closed until it is secured.

  5. Mount EIA 19” Equipment

    Attach cage nuts to the square cutouts in the cable manager horizontal panels and secure the equipment using appropriate screws.
