3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, Cage nuts
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into the cable manager, ensuring that the 40/60 open areas match and align with the mounting holes. Secure in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm hex Allen wrench.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and three M10 Serrated Flange Nuts. Use the forward holes for the top and bottom mounts and the rear hole for the middle mount.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section toward the inside of the manager and ensure it clicks into place.
- Install the Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the doors closed until they are securely in place.
- Mount EIA 19” Equipment
Attach cage nuts to the square cutouts in the cable manager horizontal panels and secure your EIA 19” equipment using appropriate screws.
