Supplies needed:
M12 Serrated Flange Bolts, M12 Serrated Flange Nuts, M6 x 30mm Socket Head Cap Screws, M5 Flat Head Hex Drive Screws
- Install Door Supports
Insert the Door Support assemblies into the vertical cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure them in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm Allen wrench at both the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M12 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts. Use the forward holes at the top and bottom and the rear hole in the middle for mounting.
- Install the Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, pry up the plastic latches on the finger sections and push them into the manager until you hear an audible 'click'. Ensure the rounded side of the fingers faces inward.
- Install the Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the doors closed until they are secure. Ensure the knobs are in the locked position.
- Final Inspection
Verify that all components are securely fastened and that the vertical manager is stable. Check that the doors open and close properly.
