3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, M5 Flat Head Screws
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm hex allen wrench at the top and bottom of the manager frame.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 serrated flange bolts and nuts. Use the forward holes for the top and bottom mounts and the rear hole for the middle mount.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while pushing the finger section toward the inside of the manager. Align the finger mount tabs with the mounting slots and push until you hear an audible 'click'.
- Install the Door
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push closed until secure. Ensure the door knobs are in the locked position.
- Verify Installation
Check that all components are securely fastened and that the door opens and closes smoothly. Ensure there are no loose parts.
