Mounting screws, Ground bonding cable, Tie wraps
- Mount the PDU
Align and install the mounting buttons with the screw holes on the sides of the PDU. Insert the mounting buttons into the keyhole slots on the PDU mounting bracket in the rack to secure the PDU.
- Connect the input cord
Open the input cord connector latches on the PDU and insert the input cord plug. Close the latches to lock the input cord into the connector.
- Ground the PDU
Connect a ground bonding cable to the external ground bonding point located on the chassis of the PDU. Ensure the bonding cable is securely attached to a known earthed reference terminal.
- Connect to power source
Turn off the feed circuit breaker. Connect the PDU to an appropriately rated branch circuit. Ensure all circuit breakers on the PDU are set to On, then turn the feed circuit breaker On.
