- Mount the Multiport Service Terminal Mounting Case (MC)
Secure the MC to the desired mounting surface (pole, strand, or pedestal) using appropriate screws. Ensure the MC is level and firmly attached.
- Install the Multiport Service Terminal (MST) into the MC
Insert the cable end of the MST into the MC, then push the front of the MST into the MC until the security latch snaps closed.
- Connect the drop cable to the MST optical port
Unscrew the dust cap from the drop connector, inspect and lubricate the O-rings if necessary, then align and insert the drop cable connector into the MST optical port until it is securely in place.
