This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and terminating the NKSPB NetKey Module using the appropriate tools and techniques.

Tools needed:
PDT110 Single Wire Punchdown Tool, Screwdriver, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
UTP Cable, P110RC2 wire retention cap (optional), Mounting screws
- Prepare the cable
Remove approximately 1 inch of the cable jacket from the UTP cable. Ensure not to damage the conductors inside.
- Terminate the conductors
Use the PDT110 Single Wire Punchdown tool to punch down the conductors into the NetKey module according to the specified color codes: Signal and Signal Ground use one twisted pair, Chrominance and Chrominance Ground use one twisted pair, Luminance and Luminance Ground use one twisted pair.
- Secure the module
Use the optional NKSPB NetKey 110PD Module Puck to align and hold the module for termination. Set the fully assembled module into the puck and snap it in place without pressing on the connector.
- Install wire retention cap (optional)
If desired, install the P110RC2 wire retention cap onto the connector block to secure the wiring.
- Verify installation
Check that the modules are properly terminated and securely mounted. Ensure that there are no sharp bends in the cable and that the pair twists are maintained within 0.50 inches of the termination strip.
