Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Shipping hold down brackets, Grounding lugs, Foam seals, M10 bolts
- Remove Packaging Material
Remove all stretch wrap and protective cardboard from the outside of the cabinet. Use two persons to carefully lift and remove the cabinet from the pallet.
- Level the Cabinet
Ensure that all four leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position and lower the leveling legs until the cabinet is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure the Cabinet to the Floor
If necessary, secure the shipping hold down brackets at the front and rear of the cabinet. Attach the anchors to the floor with appropriate hardware for your type of floor.
- Ground the Cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar to the Common Bonding Network (CBN) at any of the indicated locations. Use M5 bonding screws to fasten the grounding terminal to the cabinet frame.
- Install Equipment Rails
Loosen the M10 hex head screws at the top and bottom of the rear equipment rail. Adjust the equipment rail to the desired position and tighten the screws to the specified torque.
- Install Optional Components
If applicable, install the caster kit, PDU bracket kit, and any additional seals or cable management components as per the installation instructions provided.
