    Remove all connections from the front of the existing Control module (Ethernet, Serial, Sensor, etc.) and document which port each RJ45 plug was connected to for reconnection.

    Using a T10 screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the Control Module, then remove it from the PDU chassis. Disconnect the ribbon cable from the PDU chassis.

  3. Install the replacement Controller Module

    Plug the ribbon cable into the replacement Controller module, then plug the ribbon cable into the PDU. Install the replacement Control Module into the PDU chassis, ensuring the ribbon cable is not strained or kinked.
