Instructions for installing the IAEBHC6XS IndustrialNet Bulkhead Coupler into an enclosure.

Bulkhead, Nut, Face Seal, Tether with Cap
- Prepare the enclosure opening
Drill a hole in the enclosure wall with a diameter of 1-13/64" (30.6mm). The enclosure wall thickness should be between 0.035" (20 gauge) and 0.135" (10 gauge).
- Insert the bulkhead
Insert the bulkhead into the prepared opening from the outside of the enclosure. Ensure the face seal is properly positioned.
- Secure the bulkhead
From the inside of the enclosure, thread the nut onto the bulkhead. Hand-tighten the nut for 4-1/4 to 5 full turns. If using a wrench, ensure the flats on the nut are on the outside. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the seal.
- Attach tether and cap
Attach the tether with cap to the bulkhead coupler.
- Verify enclosure rating
Ensure the bulkhead coupler is installed on a flat surface of a NEMA 4X enclosure to maintain the enclosure's rating.
