Supplies needed:
Bulkhead coupler, Nut, Bulkhead seal
- Prepare the enclosure opening
Ensure the enclosure wall has an opening with a diameter of Ø 1-13/64" (30.6mm) and a thickness between 0.035" (20 gauge) and 0.135" (10 gauge).
- Insert the bulkhead coupler
Insert the bulkhead coupler into the prepared opening from the outside of the enclosure. Hold the bulkhead in place.
- Secure the bulkhead coupler
On the inside of the enclosure, secure the bulkhead with the nut by hand, turning it 4-1/4 to 5 full turns. Avoid over-tightening to prevent displacing the bulkhead seal.
