The 4x4 routing system is designed to segregate, route, and protect fiber optic and high performance copper cabling.

It is suited for data center applications, routing cables from distribution areas to equipment cabinets or racks, and in Telco Central Offices for fiber optic jumper cables. It can be deployed over racks or underfloor.

Hinged and split hinged channel covers stay open between 30° and 90°, allowing easy cable access. Split fitting covers also allow cables to be laid in without removal.

No tools are required when installing the QuikLock Coupler, and connections take less than five seconds.

The system is UL Listed to 2024 Optical Fiber Cable Routing Assemblies.

The system has a flammability rating of 94V-0.

The channel is made of Rigid PVC, and the fittings are made of PC/ABS.

The 4x4 routing system can hold 126 cables of 7.57mm Category 6A at 50% fill capacity.

The 4x4 routing system can accommodate 2,824 cables of 1.6mm fiber optic ribbon at 50% fill capacity.

System components can be attached to ladder rack, threaded rod, auxiliary framing, strut, equipment racks, cabinets, and raised floor pedestals using available brackets.
