1/4-20 Flange Nuts, Inner Sleeves, Outer Sleeves, Duct Covers
- Measure and Cut Duct
Measure the distance between the pre-installed FiberRunner ducts to determine dimension 'X'. Cut the duct and duct covers as necessary using the formula L=X-0.75 (+/- 0.25”).
- Install Inner Sleeves
Install the two inner sleeves into the duct as per the installation requirements, ensuring they are properly aligned.
- Attach Outer Sleeves
Install the section or fitting with the outer sleeve and secure it using two 1/4-20 flange nuts. Then, install the remaining four 1/4-20 flange nuts to ensure a tight fit.
- Install Duct Covers
If duct covers are used, install them over the duct sections to complete the installation and provide protection.
