This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling and installing the E6212B1FP cabinet, including leveling and securing equipment rails.

27mm wrench, 22mm wrench, 10mm wrench, Phillips Screwdriver, T30 Torx bit

Supplies needed:

24 M6 Torx Screws, 4 Leveling Legs, 4 Caster Assemblies, 4 Hex Nuts per Caster, M5 bonding screws (not included)

  1. Assemble the cabinet frame

    Use 24 M6 Torx Screws to attach the 4 Cabinet Posts to the Upper and Lower Cabinet Frame Members. Ensure that the leveling leg nuts of the rear posts are at the bottom of the cabinet.

  2. Install leveling legs and casters

    Install 4 Leveling Legs into the cabinet frame in the fully retracted position. Then, install 4 Caster Assemblies using 4 Hex Nuts per caster.

  3. Level the cabinet

    Roll the cabinet into its final position and lower the 4 Leveling Legs until the cabinet weight is fully supported. Adjust the Leveling Legs to ensure the cabinet is level both front-to-back and side-to-side.

  4. Install equipment rails

    Move the equipment rail to the desired position and secure it to the cabinet using 4 Torx screws and 4 hex nuts per rail. Ensure the rails are mounted to the holes indicated by the diamond cutouts.

  5. Install the top cap

    Install the Top Cap using 6 M6 Torx Screws. Optionally, cut the tabs of each cutout to open cable openings for cable management.

  6. Ground the cabinet
