22mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 13mm socket wrench, T30 Torx bit, Wire cutter
Supplies needed:
M5 bonding screws, Torx screws, Hex nuts
- Remove packaging material
Remove all stretch wrap and protective cardboard from the outside of the cabinet. Use two people to carefully lift and remove the cabinet from the pallet.
- Level the cabinet
Ensure that all four leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position, then lower the leveling legs until the cabinet is fully supported. Adjust the legs to ensure the cabinet is level both front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Ground the cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar at one of the indicated locations using an M5 bonding screw. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent electrical hazards.
- Adjust equipment rails
Remove the Torx screws and hex nuts from the equipment rails. Move the rails to the desired position and secure them back to the cabinet using the Torx screws and hex nuts.
- Open overhead cable openings (optional)
If needed, cut the tabs with a wire cutter to open each cable opening for overhead cable management.
