13mm Socket, T25 Torx driver, 19mm Wrench, 8mm Hex Drive, 122mm Level
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Shipping Hold Down Brackets, Anchors for floor mounting
- Remove Packaging Material
Remove all stretch wrap, protective cardboard, and plastic from the cabinet. Use at least two persons to lift and remove the cabinet from the pallet.
- Level the Cabinet
Ensure the leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position and lower the leveling legs until the cabinet is supported by them. Adjust the legs to ensure the cabinet is level both front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure the Cabinet to the Floor
With the cabinet in position, secure the Shipping Hold Down Brackets at the front and rear of the cabinet using M8 Hex Head Screws. Ensure the cabinet is mounted to the floor before installing more than 500Kg (1102lbs) of equipment.
- Ground the Cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar to the Common Bonding Network (CBN) using any bonus hole along the frame. Ensure all components are properly grounded to prevent electrical shock hazards.
- Install Equipment Rails
Remove screws from the equipment rails using a T25 Torx bit. Adjust the rails to the desired position and re-install the screws to secure them.
