M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws (27 total), M6 Star Washers (15 total)

  1. Determine configuration of blanking panels

    Identify whether you are installing in a 42RU, 45RU, or 48RU cabinet. Rotate the Notch Covers on the Vertical Blanking Panels according to the cabinet configuration.

  2. Install Vertical Blanking Panels

    Attach each of the four Vertical Blanking Panels using four M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws per panel. For 48RU cabinets, leave the bottom screw unattached on each panel.

  3. Install 48RU Panel Extensions (if applicable)

    For 48RU cabinets, attach the four 48RU Panel Extensions using one M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screw and one M6 Star Washer per extension. Also, attach the bottom screws that were left unattached in the previous step.

  4. Install Middle Brackets

    Attach the two Middle Brackets using four M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws for each bracket.

  5. Install Top Panel

    Attach the Top Panel using three M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx screws. Ensure the flange of the Top Panel is tight against the cabinet E-Rails while tightening the screws.
